MOCK CHEESE CAKE PUDDING | |
Juice and 1 lemon rind, grated 1 pkg. lemon Jello 1/2 c. sugar 3/4 c. boiling water 1 can milk, chilled Graham cracker crumbs Dissolve Jello in water; add lemon juice, rind and sugar. Cool; whip chilled milk. Add Jello and continue whipping until mixed. Pour into 9 x 9 inch dish; top with graham crackers crumbs; chill. |
