CONGEALED SPINACH 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 sm. onion, finely chopped

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; cool. Mix in remaining ingredients. Pour mixture into greased 1 quart mold. Chill until firm. Combine dressing ingredients; chill. Unmold salad and serve with dressing. Serves 6.

DRESSING:

1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
