FRIED ONION RINGS 
1 1/2 lb. lg. onions
1/2 c. evaporated milk
3/8 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. paprika
Oil for deep frying

Cut onions into 1/4 inch thick slices. Separate slices into rings. Place in a bowl with cold water to cover. Let stand 15 minutes. Drain.

In a bowl combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Dip rings into evaporated milk. Coat with flour mixture. Cook in hot fat until brown; turning often. Drain on absorbent paper. Serves 6.
