BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
3 c. cooked rice
1/2 lb. Velveeta
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
Onions (optional)

Saute onions and add soup and cut up Velveeta; stir until melted. Add broccoli and rice and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees in a buttered casserole.
