LINGUICA STEW 
1 lb. linguica (cut in sm. pieces)
3 med. potatoes, diced
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 med onion, cut in pieces
2 med. carrots, cut in sm. pieces
1 1/2-2 c. frozen green beans

In large pan (3 quart) cover linguica with water. Bring to boil. Remove from heat and throw away water to remove grease. Place all ingredients in pan. cover with fresh water and simmer 1-2 hours or until potatoes are soft enough to begin thickening juice.
