CHICKEN BAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sour cream
1 egg
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. thyme

Mix together well. Pat crust on bottom and up sides of well buttered baking dish.

FILLING:

1/2 c. chopped carrots
1/2 c. peas
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped pimento
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. cooked cubed chicken or turkey
1/2 c. drained mushrooms
1 1/2 c. condensed cream of chicken soup

Combine all filling ingredients and mix well. Pour into crust. Sprinkle 1/2-1 cup grated Cheddar or American cheese. Bake in 400 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
