BLT PIZZA 
1 mini Italian-baked pizza shells
1 (16 oz.) pkg. bacon
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tomato, thinly sliced
1 c. shredded lettuce

Preheat oven to 425°F. Cook bacon accordingly and crumble. Spread mayonnaise on each pizza shell. Sprinkle with cheese and crumbled bacon. Lay tomato slices over bacon.

Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle lettuce over each pizza.

Serves 4.
