3 lg. pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cream together cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Put in cupcake papers, about 3/4 full; bake at 300 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Watch closely; do not brown. Remove from oven.

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sugar
