CHICKEN STUFFED SHELLS 
3 c. cooked, diced chicken
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sliced radishes
1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. jumbo pasta shells

Combine chicken, celery, cheese, radishes, almonds and onion. Combine sour cream, mustard and seasonings. Stir sour cream mixture into chicken mixture. Chill covered 2 hours. Cook pasta shells and drain. Place cooked shells in cold water. To serve, drain shells, pat dry. Fill with chicken mixture.
