PINEAPPLE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 can vanilla frosting
1 can crushed pineapple

Mix cake mix as directed except omit some of the water and substitute with pineapple juice from can of crushed pineapple. Bake as directed. When cake is cool, frost and add crushed pineapple on top.

This is a very simple and quite delicious cake. Also you may substitute canned peaches in heavy syrup and use Cool Whip instead of vanilla frosting for a cool summer delight.
