MEXICAN LASAGNA | |
1-1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 jar picante sauce or salsa 6 taco shells, halved 1 can refried beans 1 c. sour cream 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese Brown beef and stir in 1/2 cup sauce. Spread 1/4 cup sauce in a 10 inch pie plate (or small casserole pan). Then top with 3 taco shells, 1/2 can of beans, 1/2 meat, 1/2 sour cream and 1/2 cheese. Repeat layers. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
