1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
8-9 c. Rice or Corn Chex
1 box powdered sugar

Melt chips, butter and peanut butter. Pour over cereal and stir until coated. Put powdered sugar in brown paper bag. Pour in cereal and shake well. Store in container.
