BAKED HASH 
2 lb. brisket, cooked
2 tbsp. butter
1 onion
3 potatoes

1. Grind brisket, chop and saute onions in butter.

3. Season highly with salt and pepper and put in a greased baking dish.

4. Cover with potatoes that have been boiled, seasoned and mashed. Dot with butter and bake until potatoes are well browned.
