CLASSIC 5 BEAN BAKE 
1 (15 to 16 oz.) can lg. butter beans
1 (15 to 16 oz.) can Navy beans
1 (15 to 16 oz.) can Great Northern beans
1 (15 to 16 oz.) can red beans
1 (15 to 16 oz.) can pinto beans
1 med. red onion, chopped
2 c. medium brown sugar
1/3 c. green Bell pepper, chopped
2 c. chopped smoked brisket or sm. cut browned smoke sausage
1 (18 oz.) bottle of Classic Kansas City Bar-B-Q sauce

Pour each can of beans into a colander and rinse off can juice with water and let drain well. Do each can separately. Put rinsed beans into large baking dish. Add other ingredients and stir well. Garnish the top with sliced red onion rings, bacon, etc. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes, covered. Remove cover for last 5 to 10 minutes to let caramelize. Serve hot. Yield: Approximately 10 (8 ounce) servings.
