PARSLEY POTATOES | |
6 med. red potatoes, halved Water 2 tbsp. flour 2 tbsp. parsley 1/4 c. butter 1/4 c. milk Peel and wash potatoes. In a saucepan, cover potatoes with water and boil until tender. Lower to medium heat. In a cup, dilute flour in 1/2 cup water and make a paste. Pour mixture slowly into potatoes, stirring constantly, until thick. Add salt, pepper, parsley, butter, and milk. Simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat. |
