CHOCOLATE RUM RAISIN ROUNDS 
1 (15 oz.) box raisins
1 c. light or dark rum
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. light corn syrup

Place raisins in large plastic bag with rum - soak 3 hours. Drain but do not press. (Use liquid for over ice cream.)

Combine chocolate chips and corn syrup in top of double boiler. Place over hot, not boiling, water until chocolate melts. Remove from heat.

Fold raisins into melted chocolate, coating well. Drop by heaping teaspoons onto wax paper. Chill until firm. Store in refrigerator.
