SPINACH PITA 
4 tbsp. butter
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. grated Cheddar
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 tbsp. chopped onion
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. baking powder

In large bowl, melt butter and beat eggs well. Add flour, milk, salt and baking powder. Mix well. Add spinach and cheese and onion. Grease 9x13x2 inch pan lightly. Bake 30 minutes. Cut small.
