3 CHEESE VEGETABLE PIZZA 
Pillsbury pizza crust in can
1 tomato, sliced
1 green pepper, chopped
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 sm. onion, chopped
Minced garlic to taste
Parmesan cheese
6 slices Provolone or Mozzarella cheese
6 slices cheddar cheese
Italian dressing

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Make pizza dough. Sprinkle minced garlic to taste. Place Provolone cheese, cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese on top. Bake until almost done. Take out of oven. Put vegetables on pizza. Sprinkle several ounces of Italian dressing on pizza and bake until done. May sprinkle or put more of other cheeses on top in second baking.
