GINGERSNAP COOKIES 
2 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. shortening
1/2 c. molasses
2 eggs
3 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 tsp. baking soda
4 c. flour

Cream eggs, molasses, sugar, shortening together. Sift in dry ingredients and mix well. Roll into small balls, roll in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.
