4 1/2 c. white sugar
1 (12 oz.) can Carnation evaporated milk
1/4 lb. butter
2 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 pt. marshmallow cream
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nut meats

Combine sugar, milk, and butter in a saucepan and boil on medium heat for 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips, marshmallow cream, salt, vanilla, and nuts. Stir until well mixed. Pour into buttered platters. Makes 5 pounds.
