BARBECUE-STYLE MEATLOAF | |
1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 c. fresh bread, torn in sm. pieces 1 onion, finely chopped 1 egg Salt and pepper, to taste 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 3 tbsp. vinegar 3 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. mustard 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 c. water Mix beef, crumbs, onion, beaten egg, salt, pepper, and 1/2 can tomato sauce. Form into loaf and put in loaf pan or casserole. Combine remaining ingreidents; pour over loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Yields 4-5 servings. |
