BARBECUED MEATLOAF 
2 lb. ground chuck
1 c. bread crumbs
1 onion, chopped
1 egg, well beaten
1 (4 oz.) can tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients for meat loaf and place in foil lined pan, larger than shape of meat loaf.

SAUCE:

1 (4 oz.) can tomato sauce
3 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. water

Mix well and pour over meat loaf. Completely cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
