ASPARAGUS SALAD 
2 cans whole asparagus
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 scallions, chopped
1/2 tsp. sugar
Salt to taste

Drain liquid from asparagus. Mix liquid with all other ingredients. Shake well and pour over asparagus; marinade in refrigerator. serves 4. Best when refrigerated overnight.
