PUNCH BOWL CAKE 
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1 (6 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
6 soft Heath or Skor bars, slice thinly into pieces
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip

Prepare cake mix as directed and bake in a 9"x13" pan and let cool. Prepare pudding mix as directed on package. Crumble 1/2 cake into punch bowl. Add a layer (1/2 of each) of pudding, Cool Whip and Heath bars. Crumble remaining cake as next layer. Add remaining pudding, Cool Whip and Heath bars. Refrigerate, can be made ahead of time and keeps well.
