1 angel food cake
1 qt. fresh strawberries
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. pecans
1 lg. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
12 oz. Cool Whip

Mix pudding according to box. Mash strawberries and sugar. Tear angel food cake into pieces. Layer in large punch bowl:

1st Layer: cake pieces

2nd Layer: strawberries

3rd Layer: pudding

4th Layer: Cool Whip

Put Cool Whip and nuts between each layer. Layer until all ingredients are used. Put Cool Whip on top; drizzle strawberry juice and nuts on top.
