1 lb. fresh spinach, discard stems, wash, drain well and tear into pieces
1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced thinly
4 hard cooked eggs, sliced
6 slices bacon, crisp and crumbled
Pimientos - for color (optional)

GARLIC DRESSING:

Mix well in covered jar:

1/3 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar (cider or salad vinegar)
1 crushed clove garlic
1 tbsp. A.1 steak sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Toss salad with garlic dressing.
