MINI CHEESE CAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 box vanilla wafers

Place one wafer in bottom of foil bake cup and place in muffin pan. Soften cream cheese and blend all ingredients well. Spoon in baking cups. Bake at 325 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Refrigerate and top.
