MARINATED SHRIMP 
5 lbs. seasoned, boiled & shelled shrimp
1 (8 oz.) bottle low calorie Italian dressing
Juice of 2 lemons
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. mustard with horseradish
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 c. finely chopped bell pepper
1 c. finely chopped onions
1 c. finely chopped carrots

Mix all ingredients except shrimp. Refrigerate and let stand for 24 hours. Add shrimp, which has been seasoned when boiled. Let stand in refrigerator at least 24 hours more in order for flavor to penetrate shrimp. This is an excellent appetizer or main course when served with French bread and large tossed salad.
