PORK FILETS WITH ORANGE SAUCE 
6 pork filets, about 4 1/2 lbs.

MARINADE:

1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. Teriyaki sauce
1/2 c. rose wine
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp. ginger

Mix ingredients and marinate pork for 1/2 hours. Grill about 25 minutes, basting with marinade and turning often.

ORANGE SAUCE:

2/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Rind of 1 orange
1 c. orange juice
8 orange sections

Mix sugar, dry ingredients, grated orange rind and juice. Cook until thick and clear. Add orange slices. Serve hot.
