CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 c. crushed Oreo cookies
1/4 c. butter, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. miniature chocolate chips
1 tsp. flour

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine cookie crumbs and butter. Pat firmly into bottom of 9-inch springform pan.

In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add Eagle Brand milk, beat until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.

In separate bowl, toss 1/2 cup chips and flour, stir into cheese mixture. Pour into pan. Sprinkle remaining chips on top. Bake 1 hour. Cool to room temperature and chill. Remove side of pan.
