MOCK SOUR CREAM (LOW FAT) 
1 c. low fat cottage cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1/4 c. light mayonnaise
Lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
Pepper
1 tsp. dill weed

Blend cottage cheese in blender until smooth. Add milk, mayonnaise, lemon juice, pepper, and dill weed. For fish, add chopped cucumber.
