LOW FAT RANCH DRESSING 
1/2 c. light mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. plain low fat yogurt
2 c. buttermilk
1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix

Combine mayonnaise, yogurt, buttermilk and dressing mix. Mix well with whisk. Cover and refrigerate. Makes 1 quart. May also be used for soup and on baked potatoes. 1 tablespoons = 9 calories, 1 gram protein, 1 gram carbohydrate 17 mg. calcium, trace fat.
