SWEDISH COFFEE CAKE 
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
Shredded almonds
1/4 tsp. almond flavoring

Mix all together. Add butter last. Pour in greased and floured 10 inch iron skillet. Sprinkle almonds on top. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees or until light golden on top (this should be more chewy rather than cakey). It's good served room temperature at breakfast. Keep it wrapped in foil so it doesn't dry out.
