RICE & VEGETABLE CASSEROLE | |
1 c. carrots 1/2 c. uncooked rice 1 c. green beans 1 onion, cut in slices 1 1/2 tsp. salt Dash of pepper 2 tbsp. butter Drain juice from beans and add enough water to make 2 cups. Put carrots first, pour in rice, add beans, add onions, put pats of butter on top. Pour bean juice and water mixture over vegetables. Bake approximately 1 hour. |
