BEACON HILL COOKIES 
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate bits
2 egg whites
Dash of salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. vinegar
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Melt chocolate bits. Beat egg whites and salt until foamy. Add sugar gradually and beat until very stiff. Using rubber spatula, fold in vanilla and vinegar. FOLD in melted chocolate and nuts.

Drop by teaspoonful on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8- 10 minutes.
