BOSTON BAKED BEANS | |
4-6 slices bacon 2 (1 lb.) cans baked beans 1/2 c. catsup 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 2 tbsp. grated onion 2 tbsp. molasses Place bacon in cold fry pan. Set dial at 325 degrees and fry the bacon crisp, turning it as it browns. Remove the bacon from the pan. Add the remaining ingredients to the pan and mix well. Place the fried strips of bacon over the beans. Cover and cook at 225 degrees for about 30 minutes. Serves 4-6. |
