BRANDON'S PUMPKIN BARS 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
2 c. pumpkin
Nuts (optional)

FROSTING:

3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
3/4 stick butter, softened
1 tsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar

Mix together dry ingredients in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake on cookie sheet for 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Mix frosting ingredients until smooth. Spread over cooled pumpkin bars. Cut in squares.
