PUMPKIN BARS 
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 c. pumpkin
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins

Beat first 4 ingredients until smooth, add dry ingredients and mix together. Add nuts and raisins by hand. Pour into 11 x 15 inch greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

ICING:

3 oz. cream cheese
6 tbsp. butter
3/4 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. milk or more

Soften cream cheese and butter. Add sugar, vanilla and enough milk to make smooth and creamy. Spread over cooled bars. Cut and serve.
