PUMPKIN BARS 
1 c. oil
2 c. pumpkin
3 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon

FROSTING:

8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 stick minus 1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Cake: Blend all ingredients in large bowl with mixer. Pour into greased and floured 10 x 15 inch cookie sheet with sides. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Frosting: Blend cream cheese and butter until well mixed, then add rest of ingredients. Blend well. Frost cake and refrigerate. Cut into bars to serve.
