FROSTED PUMPKIN BARS 
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. solid packed pumpkin
Nuts and/or raisins

Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased and floured cookie sheet with sides. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

FROSTING:

3 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 lb. powdered sugar
6 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. milk

Combine all ingredients and spread on warm bars.
