PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 cans pineapple tidbits, drained
3/4 c. plain flour
1 c. sugar
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter

Put drained pineapple in bottom of casserole dish. Mix flour and sugar, pour dry mixture over pineapple. Pour cheese over pineapple and flour mixture.

Crumble crackers and pour over top of cheese. Melt butter and pour over crackers. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
