PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 lg. cans chunk pineapple, drained
1 c. sugar
5 tbsp. flour
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 to 2 c. grated cheese

Mix sugar and flour; put pineapple in baking dish. Sprinkle sugar and flour mixture over pineapple, then top with cheese. Spread crackers over cheese and pour melted butter over all. Bake 20 minutes at 325 degrees.
