PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 lg. cans chunk pineapple, drained
2/3 c. sugar
5 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese
1/3 box Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Layer pineapple, mix sugar and flour together, sprinkle over pineapple. Grate cheese over pineapple, add crushed crackers. Melt butter over crackers. Bake 350 degrees F about 25 to 30 minutes.
