SYLVIA'S PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 stick butter, softened
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, undrained
3 eggs
8-10 slices bread without crust, cut into bite-sized pieces
Milk

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Fold in bread cubes and pineapple. Put in casserole dish and put a few spoonfuls of milk on top to make it brown pretty. Bake at 300 to 325 degrees for 1 hour.
