CHOCOLATE ICING #2 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. milk

Can be cooked on top of stove, low heat until it boils; then add vanilla (or in microwave). In microwave melt butter, add other ingredients and mix well. Cook 3 1/2 minutes on high; add 1 teaspoon vanilla (it will be runny). If cooked on stove, beat it for half a minute. (Not too long or it gets sugary.) Spoon on cake. (Can also be used for hot fudge over vanilla ice cream or put in flat pan and allow to set in refrigerator for fudge.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
