BEEF BAR BQ 
1 1/2 lbs. beef
1 green pepper
1 onion
3 stalks celery
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. Bar BQ sauce
1 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. horseradish
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 bottle Brooks ketchup
1/2 bottle water
Salt and pepper

Simmer several hours. Serve on buns.

I double or triple recipe. Very good and easy for crowds. Serve with relishes and chips for a stand up meal.
