RAW APPLE BARS 
2 lg. eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
3 c. apples (peeled and chopped)
1 c. flake coconut
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Beat eggs slightly. Add sugar and oil and beat. Add vanilla, apples, coconut and nuts; mix thoroughly. add dry ingredients that have been sifted together. Stir well, making a very stiff batter.

Bake in a greased jelly roll (18x12) pan for 45 minutes (350 degrees) or can cut recipe in half and bake in 9x12 pan. When cool, frost with cream cheese frosting.
