ZUCCHINI BARS 
2 c. white sugar
4 eggs
2 c. peeled, raw, shredded zucchini
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix and bake in ungreased 12 x 15 inch pans. Bake 350 degrees for 35- 40 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick butter, softened
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. milk

Spread on cooled bars. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
