1 1/2 c. onions
3/4 c. sour cream
1 egg
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 c. mashed potato chips

Saute onions in butter until brown. Beat eggs and add salt, pepper, sour cream and onions. Mix well. Mix 3 cups Bisquick and 1 cup milk. Mix well.

Line greased casserole dish with Bisquick mix, and spread other ingredients on top. Spread potato chips on top. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes.
