JUST - RITE 
10 lb. hamburger
2 pt. ground celery
1 pt. ground onion
1 1/2 tbsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 qt. tomato juice
1 1/2 tsp. mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook hamburger, celery, and onion until almost done. Drain, save.

Add other ingredients to hamburger and cook until seasoning gone through. I put liquid in refrigerator and when cold, take grease off then add liquid to hamburger. If a little too juicy, you can add some oatmeal to thicken. I also add some catsup to this.
